New formula, great resultsThe application of the new formula was great. It has more of a foam like texture, resulting in more coverage overall. With the older formula, I would miss spots here and there. Also it seemed easier to clean up off my skin. I usually have itching on my scalp for a day or two after dying my hair but not this time. Awesome color!!! Looks totally natural!I cant get over how much more natural this color looks than what I was used to. There is so much dimension to the color -- not at all a drab one-tone look that you get from most DIY color!! color matched but color was not long lasting - replaced and now it lastsColor matched very nicely. However, color did not last, maybe less than three weeks before the greys started fading back. I wash my hair twice a week. I received a replacement hair color kit with modified instructions. I tried it about 6 weeks ago and the color is staying intact so I edited my review here. I over processed my endsI haven't done my hair in so long because I got the stuff so early and I had an infection on my scalp. So when we went to do my hair it was so gray and so washed out. the color really stuck in but we had to wash it through to the ends and now it's very very dried out. Help me what can we do?????? I usually go get my hair done but the last time I did she didn't do a very good job. But I can't say we did either it's not your product I know it was just us! I've heard nothing but Raves about your product and I can't wait to try again but my hair just looks all one color and I don't like that too much either. Not your fault, I like high or low lights. Need a warmer blonde with lighter blonde highlights if possible...not red pleaseI should return this last bottle for a darker warm blonde with a small amount of gold not red highlights...I do not want to use the one sent as it does pull too mush red on back of head roots and crown...sides and frontal areas are still more reddish gold instead of blonde with lighter blonde highlights...what do you suggest? 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
