Thrilled with this product and the company!I have been getting custom hair color for years from Esalon. I cannot believe that I haven't written a review yet! I am one who always praises great companies, their representatives, and their products. Esalon has always provided me with great service in every way! Obviously, I love the product or I wouldn't be using it for this long! I'm just very sorry that I haven't written a review of praise yet! I thank you all very much and I highly recommend Esalon! Color was not the same! June 2018The color was the wrong formulation..... It did NOT work. I did everything the same... I am amazed & upset that it will need to be Re-color/touched up..
