Darker than expectedMy hair prior had a at home dye treatment that faded to coppery red. I wanted to get back to my natural color, which is a dark brown. I did my hair last night and the color looked almost black (which I am ok with), but that damn red is still there too. Results were not as expectedI used the color chosen for me, and my hair is still a reddish tone. In my opinion, this color did not help. I was advised to use a color with ash in it. Happy customer since Jan 2015I just have to say how happy I have been with your company since day one! After the first order I asked for changes because my hair came out brassy, and your company really stepped up... My hair has been restored to the blonde hair I had as a child.. I love the color and I also like the option to skip or adjust your upcoming order date... Your hair highlighting kit is awesome as well.
