It's ok for the priceIn the beginning I really liked this company, but for some reason, the last 3 times, it takes me over 30 minutes in the shower to wash it out of my hair (and I usually still can't get it all out until round #2). I LOVE esalon!The convenience of receiving my hair color at home is great! I LOVE that I can tweak the color to suit my needs. The prices are very reasonable, the products are easy to use, and the results are beautiful. I always get compliments! I am a 64 year-old cancer survivor (I had chemo) and my hair color is very important to me. My hair is fine and thin and eSalon products work beautifully. Amazing customer serviceThe whole process was enjoyable and easy. Hannah, my color consultant even helped me pick a color based on my hair condition and desired result. This color produces professional results and is easy to use at home.I love using Esalon color to keep my roots looking great. I have it shipped to my home every four weeks saving me a lot of money as my gray grows out quickly. The best colour I have ever had!This colour has been the best I have ever used. I normally use salon hair dyes as I have a trade card but have never been great a mixing them well, I have a lot of grey too and have had so many colour changes, including bright pink and purple. My hair is very colour resistant too so even permanent dyes don't seem to stay looking good. ..But this one did and I love the colour, the shine, I haven't wanted to change it and it really suits me. The stylist even called me up to recommend a change to the colour I had requested initially due to the present colour of pink in my hair and she was spot on!
