Great auburn colorI was really tired of paying hundreds of dollars and the trips to the salon, but at the same time I didn’t want to go back to using boxed dye. So, I read about eSalon on the internet and I decided to give it a try. I am thoroughly pleased with the way my hair turned out. I asked for a brown auburn color and that is definitely what I got. You really see the nice shades of red in the natural lighting. It also left my hair really soft and smooth. The directions were easy to follow, even though I was scared of doing my roots and my mids to ends as two separate processes on my own. It turned out seamlessly. I even loved the classic shampoo and conditioner that was included in the kit so much that I have ordered those from eSalon as well. Love my color!I love my color. I've been using esalon for several months now, and I've been thrilled with my hair results each month. My reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping price...in my opinion, you might be able to retain loyal customers better if free shipping was offered for customers who have a subscription for their color. Even with the few dollars off, the price is just a little steep for me.
