Awesome hair colorAs anyone who dyes their hair red knows, it fades fast and looks dull in a few weeks. Not this one. My hair is still the same color I colored it to, a few weeks later, and it’s shiny too! Now we're talking!!After my hairdresser coloured my hair and it was dark and dull and not the vibrant copper I wanted and charged me a fortune! I found eSalon on Facebook and after a bit of discussion with Freddie I received my box of tricks! The instructions were easy and simple to follow and you have thought of everything! Quality control issueI have been a customer for several years. My April order was a disappointment. The redesign has shampoo and conditioner in identical packages which makes it hard for those who shower without glasses. In this order I got two conditioners and no shampoo. Likely because packaging is the same and the packer did not notice. The opening on the developer bottle was so small I had to stop and get a pin to enlarge it. It was my intention to send these concerns via a contact us link but could not find one or any way to email customer service on the site. Thus, all can now see these issues. Really enjoying eSalon's systemI've been coloring my hair for 35 years. My dad was a hairdresser. I've had every color hair you can think of, including some of the new colors (pink, purple, etc.). I love eSalon's formulas. They leave my hair in better condition after coloring than before. The color (now red) lasts and covers grays well. I wish they would add some fun colors or tints to their options, because I use their copper red and end up tinting it with some hot pink temporary color to get the color pop I like.
