Wrong colorThe color was darker than my natural hair color and darker than I had wanted to go. When they suggested the personalized color, I thought it might be too dark but I went along with it as I had never used the product before and didn't what my color was. It did cover all my whites but I don't like how dark my hair is now. I don't know how to go lighter after going darker than what I am naturally. Fixed my problem my previous colorist createdGood very good advice from the colorist how to adapt my root color. Love the quality of the color, my coarse hair is soft and shiny.
