Too darkThe packaging and what comes in the package is wonderful. Everything is clearly marked with directions. I sent in a photo of my current hair and unfortunately what they sent me was too dark and had no highlights. Just a flat color, which is not what I’m used to with the color that I normally use. Hair colorPlease thank my colorist, I believe her name is Sarah. I am absolutely thrilled with my new hair color. She did an outstanding job! Totally worth itI’m so pleased I finally found the perfect colour. Will never go back to the salon. Customer service definitely deserves 5 starts (colourists included).
