I won't be using this color againWhile I am please with my hair color, I was completely freaked out about the texture of my hair after I shampooed and dried. My hair felt like with was still wet and had a waxy, gummy feel. I looked on the website and could not find FAQs on the website and only found the solution once I googled e-salon gummy hair. It was there that I discovered an answered question on another website that suggested trying a clarifying shampoo. The shampoo worked but cost me an additional $8. Love This CompanyStill five stars even though my last color adjustment was not quite what I wanted. They take care and personalization of every order and allow changes and feedback along with shipment delays and cancellations. They are an example of how all companies should be. Exemplary! And the color is so much better than a box color. I won't color my hair as much until more Grey's start coming in, but when I do this is the company I'm using.
