Perfect adjustmentMy color is now a sandy red, less bright than it was recently. I really like the shift, and since I usually color only the new growth and blend it through the first half of my hair, the ends are lightening gradually to make to color very natural. Red/Pink HairApparently my last few orders were sent out wrong because I now have reddish pink hair and it's supposed to be a rich mahogany with a slightly Auburn tint!!! I've contacted Karen at esalon... she is very helpful and immediately saw the problem and is in the process of getting it corrected for me...I can't say enough positive things about how Karen has handled this whole situation!!!
