DisappintedDisappointed I bought his color in Jan and let it set b/c I had recently boxed colored my hair. Just did it yesterday and my hair is near black. Really disappointed I’m getting another box on auto ship when your emails are so sneaky you cant tell it’s going to ship until its too late. Your shipping emails should have a subject line, otherwise it looks just like your spam emails. The color is probably what I asked for at first (no red tone which is nice) but now I’m stuck with black hair and another black color coming in the mail.
