Perfect hair colorI have spend good money in the last two years getting my hair colored and styled but never happy with the results. This product I tried for the first time was easy to do yourself, not messy at all and the results are outstanding. Nailed it!Loved my last mixture of color. I like how this coloring kit gives you step by step guiadance and how the product itself doesn’t leave your hair smelling like chemicals. This was my 3rd order and I will keep ordering from here! Thank you to Alix for making the changes I wanted and hitting it on the spot. First time user, loved it!This was my first order and I was a bit scared, as I am just starting to color my own hair after my hairdresser retired. My sister uses e-salon, so she told me to try it. I have red hair which isn't easy to color right. I filled out the form and then my stylist told me via email that she changed the formula to what she thinks would match what I had (I did include a picture and would recommend anyone do that if you want a good color match). I was terrified as I didn't want to look like Bozo the Clown, but the color match was perfect. Seriously, perfect! It's not for everyone.Im a dye hard do it yourselfer and thought this was a genius idea!! The color did not turn out correctly though. I had orange roots and a weird color for the rest of my hair. I followed the instructions to a T and I was not happy. I didn't realize they would continue to send me the same hair color until I received a box in the mail just now, and was charged 25$. No satisfaction with unflattering colorI received a color that was very unflattering. I immediately sent a message to customer service and received a message that they would adjust it with my next order. so meanwhile I am supposed to live with a bad color for a month?
