Nailed It!My natural hair is a medium brown with about 25% grey at the sides and a little at the crown. My hair was virgin, no prior color at all. My stylist nailed my color perfectly and my hair is super soft. I feel that reviews that are left by folks with processed hair should be taken lightly. Highlighted hair is porous and may not hold color. And, people with permanent color may not know what base color their previous application had and it would be tough for a stylist to mix a color with a compatible base color without knowing what’s already on the hair. WowExcept for two wonky dark spots, I am totally gray-that's dull gray. I chose the lightest blonde. My hair is also very short-no more than an inch long. I'm going to have to let it grow out a little more now so I can really enjoy the blonde. It feels wonderful. Easy to use and beautiful resultsThe pandemic drove my hairdresser of many years into retirement, and I started coloring my own hair. I tried another company but their customer service was poor.
