Good product will have to try againIt was a great experience as to the connection with eSalon and the process of getting product. Was really impressed with packaging and everything I received on my first order. The color was not as expected for my roots but the ends of my hair are true to color expectations. Not sure if I should have left on my roots longer to get the deep chocolate color I was expecting but I will definitely try again. Custom color setI’ve been using e-salon color for a while now I have asked them to tweak my color several times and they are always ready to work with me. This last color change is exactly what I asked to achieve . My colorist nailed it making this my forever color. I love it. My hair is healthy, shinny and easy to curl. Amazing.
