Not at all What I wanted :(I am so very disapointed. I wanted my hair a tad bit lighter and more reddish that is why I chose Ash Copper. IMy hair is normally a med brown with slight red undertone.. what I got was basically my normal hair color and a lot of waxy mess! I followed the directions to a tee.. every detail.. but I was left with a sticky mess of waxy knotted hair... I literally had to wash my hair 10 times to even get most this waxy stuff off my hair! Amazing!!Received my first shipment and was immediately impressed by the presentation and content of the items BEFORE I colored my hair. As a seasoned cosmetologist, I honestly am happier with my color than I have ever been. It is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy! I needed an all-over color enrichment for stressed, drab brown hair and am AMAZED at the beautiful rich mohaghany results! All the products in the color kit smell great too!! Great job. Easy applicationThe colour was fantastic and the instructions were easy to follow. I love the customisation and the packaging was super cute. Awesome!I absolutely love my hair color! I chose darkest brown. It truly is the color I have been trying to get. I used to buy box color from cvs or walmart and those failed me everytime. It would turn out either with a purple or blue tint for some reaaon. Thank you Karen! I will be ordering again. Custom color to fit your style!When I first decided to go red, I didn’t know which shade to go for. I went way too light and bright at first, and realized how a more natural darker shade fits my skin tone. Thanks to esalon, I was able to tweak my color to my exact liking.
