Love itLoved my first color. I have requested a few adjustments still waiting on those to come through. Absolutly dead on what i wantedNow just on my second application. First was good but i felt just a shade too dark for the first couple of weeks. Color was AwesomeAt first,I was terrified to try something a new dark color. The color that was made for me turn out to be almost the exact color I had in my school days. A dark brown that was almost black that matched my skin tones perfectly. I was afraid that with hair being so long and thick there would not be enough color to cover all my greys, which are very stubborn. I have paid in the past an hairdressers couldn't get them covered or after 2nd wash the grey was showing. Not with eSalon products! Color lasts a lot longer then any hairdressers products that I have had ruin my hair. The eSalon leaves my hair manageable and soft. I have received more compliments having done my color myself then anytime I have had a paid hairdresser burn an out color on that did not cover my greys. The thing I have to change somewhat is the amount of color that comes in with the follow up root coverage. Nailed it!I could never seem to get the color I was looking for from store bought colors. Plus they always turned brassy on me, even the ash colors. The color looks very naturalI originally was upset that this product was auto shipped to me. Although, I now realize that I had selected that option upon purchase and before I used the product. I used the dye and I really liked the outcome and the natural look of the product. I have received numerous compliments on my color since.
