Good QualityThis was a beautiful warm brown that matched my natural color perfectly. Covered the little bit of grey I have and doesn't fry my hair. Loved it!I didn’t know what to expect when ordering a hair color online. I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I loved how simple it was to follow the directions they sent me. Great Color and Excellent Customer Service.My initial review included three issues I'd experienced and unfairly blamed on eSalon. Joke was on me, because all of the issues were my fault, and were not the result of an allergy but of overbrushing with a fake Mason Pearson (go ahead, judge), me being a hot mess in the shower, and my naturally dry hair follicles (yech). What's most important was how eSalon and specifically, the graceful Porshawna, handled my sitch and my 'tude. They responded to my review directly on this site (tone was of concern and hope for rectification). They contacted me via telephone immediately. They refunded the price of the kit. And when I called them to come back for more because the kit actually worked magic they asked questions to make triple sure I hadn't had an allergic reaction (again, no allergy, refer to thefakemasonpearsonincidentthatwasmyfault). When I asked them if I could pay for the original kit cost, they wouldn't let me. Very few businesses demonstrate customer service at this level of excellence. Thank you! Shape of permanent color bottleYou have made the opening of the color bottles larger than they were in the past. I have found now that the larger opening is a problem when pouring into the plastic developer bottle. Which has a small opening. The past 2 times I've mixed these the permanent color has spilled over onto my counter. Not sure why you changed that.
