First time userI liked the over all color but the root color they provided was way too dark for the ends color. Round two is coming so we will see how it goes. If at first you don't succeedI tried eSalon for the first time in October and initially did not get the color I was going for. But eSalon definitely made it right. I received credit to place another order, adjusted the color, left notes and received responses for all my inquiries and alterations. An eSalon representative/colorist had even called me to go over my options and discuss what I would like in my next color. The order had been customized carefully and I am much happier with these results! My roots were still a little darker than I was hoping for but the difference between roots and ends looks as if it was an intentional style and I like the color of the ends so I am definitely ordering again in a few weeks! 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Great productI've been getting hair color for a few years now from eSalon. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am more than happy with the results for my own hair. Not having to pay 4 times as much for a salon coloring appointment, being able to do it myself at home on my own time, with great directions, and having it delivered automatically has made my life so much easier (and prettier). Love the colorAfter 2-3 failed attempts at home color application in the past, I decided I didn't want to go down that road anymore. It just never turned out to be what I wanted, and I never applied it myself. I always had my mom to help me apply it. I was hesitant to order from eSalon. I was very nervous to do the application myself, but the directions on mixing and applying were super easy. I love the videos. I watched those while my package was en route. I loved having the skin protectant, 2 sets of gloves, and color removal pad for the skin in the kit. The color came out even more amazing than I thought it would.
