New colorI ordered & I received my color within a few days. It is so easy to use & I am in love with the new color they made for me. It is a beautiful & vibrant color! I have very short hair & going to the salon every 4 to 5 weeks gets very expensive. Thank you, I will continue to use esalon! Bolder and brighterThanks for the latest color update/modification. My ends and roots are more color-consistent but I still have nice shiny streaks on the outer layers. I was a little concerned at the difference in the color formula after it was mixed (more pink than red) but the end result was great. Even my grandson complimented the different bolder shade. Perfect choice by expert colorist !I came across eSalon while working, and am blown away by the excellent service. The attention to detail, follow through and for those of us who work crazy hours and can not always make it to the salon this is a fabulous alternative. To receive top quality color at such an incredible value is amazing. Customer for Life!I am a natural redhead whose hair is starting to fade a bit and lose its vibrancy so I’ve been paying around $350 every 6 weeks to have my hair dyed back to my natural color. We recently started a family business so obviously I couldn’t do that anymore. I tried eSalon after buying but not using 4 different boxes of hair dye none of which looked remotely like my correct color. With eSalon being as affordable as it is I thought it couldn’t hurt to just look at the product. Well I ended up dyeing my hair for the first time at age 42 with the eSalon set, I was FLOORED!! It looks closer to my natural color than my stylist ever managed. One more major important point. I had indicated initially I wanted to go two shades darker than my then faded natural hair. My colorist from eSalon Porshawna emailed me and asked if I was sure I really wanted to do that as they don’t normally recommend it. Thank God she caught that, if I’d gone two shades darker I wouldn’t have been recognizable the one she formulated was perfect. Thank you Porshawna!
