Great Coverage - Wrong colourI ordered auburn and it came out VERY red, no hint of brown or ginger, it was like a red from LIVE. eSalon: World class service and products!This review is long overdue. I've been a customer of eSalon for 2 years and never had one bad experience with either the products or delivery. I've had effortless email discussions with a colorist and made color adjustments to my blend - beautiful results every time. I have also used the weekly retreat conditioner and pro toner - great! Before finding eSalon, I used off-the-shelf products, expensive in-person salons, and one other online service: trust me, eSalon beats them all! Loved the colorI requested a brown color that would tone down the brassy color. The formula worked beautifully. The directions were user friendly. I loved that I could shampoo my hair. Perfect match!They got it right the very first time! I went to a salon and had a terrible experience in color matching. Thought I'd try this as I researched and esalon came back with very good reviews. I was shocked that eSalon got a perfect color match the very first time I did a consult. Love the color and service. Definitely not ash blondeTurned my roots a coppery orange. I had indicated in my order that my hair pulled red. That was either missed or not taken into consideration when compounding my formula. I did report this and customer service issued a credit for another kit. El color no era lo que yo habia pedido fue un total fracasoFor me personally, it went badly, I cannot deny that the dye leaves your hair soft and after one wash it does not go away anymore, but the color they sent me is very far from being an ash copper, the hair has turned out 3 colors and dye on part of the hair fell out the first time, it has been a total failure 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
