These people know what they're talking about!!I had bought a boxed color by a well known name from a well known store. What I didn't know was this brown color I liked so much had red in the formula! I have known all along that I cannot have any red in my color. My hair sucks it up and I get .... "fire roots"?, if that's the right term. I went online searching for an answer to how I get out of this mess. I didn't want to go to a salon, not knowing what they would charge, but knowing it wouldn't be cheap. That's when I found eSalon. The girl I spoke with spent time with me explaining exactly what happened and how it could be fixed. The color kit I got didn't cost extra. It was exactly what I pay now. There were no consulting fees or charges for the time on the phone, and we did spend time. She wanted to be sure I felt confident in doing the color and I could call any time. Excellent coverage and colorI was using Madison reed for a while but, the color faded way to fast .it was pretty frustrating. I am very pleased which esalon, and will continue using it.
