ColorHi, this was the second time my color didn’t seem great. It’s lighter and lighter with no blue tone in it at all. I tried to complain once and you sad I’m dying my hair wrong. Now it was lighter again. I understand mistakes can happen , admit them though. Roots Still Lighter Than EndsI like the custom color and the fact that someone is taking the time to mix it however I've tried this twice now and the roots still end up being lighter than the ends and rest of my hair. My grays start to come in rather quickly; I normally like a darker color to ensure the color takes well. The problem I keep having is that the color appears brassy or too warm up at the roots and it's lighter than the rest of the hair. I love bayalage but this was the reverse--twice. The first time I thought it was me and that perhaps I didn't leave it on long enough or perhaps I didn't choose a dark enough shade. The second time; even after some adjustment from the colorist and additional instructions- it was still brassy and light at the root. I could tell right out of the shower. This occurred even after I extended time leaving it on and pulled through a little bit of color to give it the "pop" per the instructions. Lastly, both times I noted that my hair felt almost plastic-like after rinsing; this was even after I used the conditioner so did not like that at all either as I got the impression it was making my hair brittle. The whole reason for my use was so that I could go longer between salon visits but I think I'll just throw in the towel here and leave it to the pros instead. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Love this service!I've been using esalon for years now and love the service. A couple of shipments ago my roots were coming out yellow rather than golden brown. I asked esalon to adjust my color to tone it down explaining I had more gray than before. My next shipment that came was the PERFECT shade! They knew exactly what to do. Such convenienceLove this system. I have colored my hair for years and have tried to keep extra color around- but it never failed I would not have it when I was ready to color or that the company decided to discontinue my shade. The colorists are wonderful- they listen to your wishes and have been spot on to my requests.
