You have NO clueI told you my color was too dark so my next order was less gray coverage but still BLACK. You don't know black from brown. I doubt all of your fantastic reviews are REAL. Best ColorMy hairdresser loves my color! She compliments me every time she cuts my hair. She is very impressed by the quality of the color. Esalon doesn't just give you one color hair. Very Surprised!I was contacted before shipment to tell me that the color I had selected was probably too dark and asked if I wanted to go with my colorist's suggestion. I chose to follow the suggestion made and was pleasantly surprised. I visited my hairdresser the next week for a trim and she even said the color looked good.
