Easier than I thought, terrific resultsFirst, the packaging is wonderful! They thought of everything, from simple easy-to-follow directions, to very specific identification of each item in the kit, to the sticker you can use to hold up the directions. 1st time- they achieved my dream colourI'm 47, natural hair but starting to go grey. I used an app and found a complementary colour for my skin tone. I found esalon, the quiz was so supportive, I had no idea of my hair colour, undertone ect. The quiz allowed for that, I uploaded a photo of me and 1 of my ideal colour. I never imagined the outcome. The box has everything I need, equipment, instructions and the end colour was a perfect match ( thanks Stephanie my colourist) Esalon make it easy to re order- although I have no idea when the grey will come back, I can postpone my delivery until I am ready.
