Perfect haireSalon definitely got the color right when they sent me my custom color last month. I'm so glad I followed instructions and didn't take it upon myself to leave the color in longer like I do with the drugstore brands. As a person whose hair is between brown, red, and blond, I was buying a golden blond through the drugstore, because there was nothing between an intense red and a golden blond. The color eSalon mixed for me really looks like my hair used to look and is much more natural. The dye didn't smell bad, either, and although I had to read the instructions a few times to understand exactly what to do, I managed to come out with a very great color that made me feel younger and really covered any grays that I have, especially around my face area. There is no drying out, rough texture, damage, or negative results with this. I would ordinarily be skeptical of internet products but this one is great. It's wonderful to have a good hair experience, I bet everyone understands this. The colour is great!I waited a bit longer before using the next shipment of color and it proved to be the right thing to do. All the old color was cut off the day before and the color is awesome. Not greatThis was my first experience with esalon.com's products and it could have been better, coverage was worse than expected, color looks artificial, and it left my hair a little dry.
