It's okay..The eSalon appeal is that it takes all of your hair info and needs into account, then gives you specific choices based on that info that your hair can achieve through a personalized formula. So, I assumed that it would turn out differently/accurately based on the color I chose. The color was nice, but not what I was going for. It definitely seemed like just buying a typical box of store-bought color. To me, it just doesn't seem worth the extra trouble for something I probably could've picked up at Walmart. My hair still feels healthy, which is great. And the color does look good, although it's not what I was going for. Best haircolorThe first time I got an ash blonde and I liked it, but my hairdresser said ash would turn my hair green, so I asked for it to be adjust. I love this color you sent. Love!!Customer since 2014 and love the color and shine I get. Even people at my hairdresser's thinks she did it. She only does my cuts now. She is awesome at color and cut but I couldn't bring myself to pay for both every time, so I do the color myself.
