Hair is so important!OK so on Zoom constantly during the pandemic-this is no time to let nature take over my hair. I was really happy with the color and I am not particularly talented applying it. When I went back to my "person" as much because I missed her as the need to get my hair done-actually more. she had to admit it looked pretty good. Color is darkI guess I didn’t do a good job picking a brown with red highlights. My daughter did the process for me and the directions were exact. Gets better and better!I have now used eSalon three times. The first time, color was a bit dark. I let eSalon know and they adjusted the color. With the second application, color was right, but I didn't do a great job -- lots of gray still showed, especially in the back. Custom Colour SetI liked the colour when I was finished. The only problem is that there are 2 areas in front that still didn't absorb the colour even though I put lots of colour on those areas. Great customer serviceThis is my 2nd time using this product, but not sure what happened this time. For some reason I feel I developed an allergy to it. I'ts been a week since I applied it, and the itching in the scalp and around it does not go away. I can feel the rash like bumps around my scalp/neck line. Again, I'm not sure it it's me this time.
