So close!This was my first colour and I had a overall good experience. My rating would be closer to a 4.5 but that's not an option =p. The reason I am not giving it a five because it wasn't exactly the colour I was looking for but I'm confident my next order will be. I would have liked just a touch more copper to my dye. Other than that, the coverage was great, the shade value was almost the same as my natural shade value and the tone was just enough to give it that natural red I am looking for. Next time I'd like a bit more golden and a bit more copper. The conditioner left my hair feeling soft and silky afterwards so I didn't have that just dyed feel.
