my experienceOverall I am satisfied with everything i got in my first order. I however did it wrong and got confused with the instructions. I read on the website to do a test strand so what i did is i mixed the whole develoeper with the hair color what i didnt realize was that you only mix a teaspoon after going back and googling i realized once mixed it stops working after an hour so i had to do my whole head in a hurry!!! The instructions didnt clearly point this out and it was my first time dying ny hair at home. Also I only wanted to dye my ends because i have an ombre not my roots and for my ends it said to apply color for 5 to 10 minutes. I disagreed and Pplied it for almost 30 minutes. That part was also co fusing my hair cMe close to my natural hair but darker it looks black vut i got demi permanent so i know it will lighten it up. If i wouldve left it on for 5 to 10 minutes it wouldnt have taken the color all the way. The instructions were confusing for me being the first time and no where in the i structions did it mention a strand test only online. Because i rushed to dye my hair i also stained my skin everywhere. The pros about this product us that it doesnt smell at all like hair color or Mmonia and they give you enough product the first time. I also liked that they gave me a 10 developer instead of a stronger one my hair only needed 10. I like that they included 2 pairs of gloves. They couldve included more shampoo and conditioner as i used the whole packs already and only for 1 application. Overall i am satisfied just that the instructions were confusing and my hair color almost looks black instead of dark brown :/ i would like for them to have a chat option available with the colorist because once my order was placed to make changes i had to call in id rather chat or email colorist because i was confused by directions 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. So disappointedI was after a red copper, as per what I put in. The result is so dark and doesn't have a tinge of copper in it. It looks no different from the drugstore hair-dyes that are unflattering. Really disappointed. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Perfect color!!!I have been trying to get this color for 3yrs. Gone to many different Salons and played over 200$ at each appointment and never came out with what I wanted. UNTIL NOW!! 17.00$ and got exactly what I wanted!! Beyond happy with the color!! Only issue is wasn't enough dye for my hair but in all fairness my hair is ridiculously long (pass my butt) and thick. But still extremely happy!! Customer for life right here!!! Edit. My first dye was perfect.. unfortunately the second shipment was more of a red color. I decided to continue with the "autoship" hoping the next one would be better. Loved ItWas skeptical, but decided to try it. I loved everything I received. I tried the shampoo, conditioner and styling gel. The instructions were very helpful and the color was excellent. It's been just a week, so can't comment on how it lasts. Will definitely order again. Update 8/25/17...still love it. Very, very pleasedI've just used eSalon for the first time and am really delighted with the colour, it's exactly what I wanted. The product is so reasonably priced and well packaged. Long lasting beautiful colorI used for the first time 1 month ago. The gray coverage is excellent and lasts a lot longer than any other hair coloring product I have used in the past. THE BEST!This was an awesome experience and you have a happy customer in me! What I LOVED ? 1) packaging - so neat , so professional 2) easy of use , clear instructions and only few steps 3) it doesn't stink! it actually has a nice scent that didn't burn my eyes and make me gag like most boxed coloring sets 4) the most important - color is amazing! just what i wanted and needed , with gold hints and my hair are so shiny!
