Just not my colorOK you changed my color from light brown because it was leaving my hair a red color. Now it is darker brown and the red is darker. So, my hair is going from light brown to darker red and brown. What up?? Only will try to get this right one more time and that is it. This is ridiculous . I am so disappointed for the second time!This is the second time I have used this product without desired results. I wanted a natural golden blonde and have gotten red color roots instead with the old blonde color on the ends. Definitely NOT a drug store experienceMy order arrived timely and the thoughtful extras that were included were fantastic. The portions were generous, the instructions clear and easy to follow. The color solution was nice and creamy with no unpleasant smell. I have plenty left for a root touch up between now and my next order arriving. Worked way better than imagined!Couldn't believe how well it turned out. So glad I can do this at home as it is hard enough trying to get out of the house with a 6 month old, let alone trying to find time to get to the salon.
