Very unhappy---sad to say...I was not very happy with the product this time around. The first time was beautiful! The second shipment of the product was very runny and I had shaken it plenty. I shook it some more but it still was not like the very first time and my color did not seem to last as long either. To make it even worse, I was charged more for a cheapened up product¡!! Sorry, but this is how I feel. Please stop sending anymore product to me, this is what I was afraid of. I am going back to my hairdresser now. Colour was weak and didn't last.I coloured my hair using a demi-permanent colour. The result was quite weak but I thought I'd give it a chance. Two washes later and you wouldn't know that my hair had been coloured - so disappointed. Wrong ColorI asked for Brown with hints of golden - My hair is completely RED, could be just the way my hair took it but I do not see any golden or brown. I am not happy with how it turned out.. I really love this productI was so nervous at first. I have gone to the salon for over 30yrs for color wanting the highlights etc. It has become so expensive. So saw your add and said "why not!"
