Adjusted Color PerfectThis was my second color adjustment and the color is now perfect. I love it and appreciate being able to make these adjustments. I was also easily able to change my delivery date so that I received the new color before we left on our road trip. Best Customer Service + Color!I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing! Didn't like the color or the way it made my hair feelI was quite disappointed in your products. The haircolor was hair to apply...too many steps...and the color was nothing like I expected at all. NEVER AGAIN!I could NOT wash the dye out!! I did everything like I was supposed to and my hair feels like glue! It's sticky and waxy and so dry. I was in tears.
