Recent colorAs always, I think the quality of your product is very good! I know I emailed about wanting the color to last longer for stubborn gray roots but I did like the original overall color. I think the color this time was "too brown" and not the same golden hues it had before. I can only image how difficult it is to get these requests on point from a photo or an email request! Maybe for the next order we can revisit my original color profile. I have shorter hair now and there is way too much product! I divided the contents evenly into a plastic "comb" bottle and stashed away the remainder for the second usage. I have done this every time actually. First Haircolor ExperienceI was nervous about coloring my hair for the first time. My hair is straight, soft textured, and quite difficult to keep up in clips. In spite of my inexperience, the color turned out quite nice. hair colorI am happy with the root color but the gray coverage does not seem to last very long (a few weeks). The ends of my hair are still pretty light and does not hold the color.
