Color BlindI don't have any complaints about the product. I received my order in a timely fashion. Was very impressed with the contents. Especially for the 1st time buyers cost of $10. My only issue is my customer color isn't exactly what I was hoping for. Though I take full responsibility for that because maybe my hair color isn't exactly the color I thought; so it doesn't look as light as I had wanted to be. Not satisfiedThis was my first attempt at coloring my hair and I must say that I was not impressed. I was attempting to lighten my hair to a more natural copper red. The entire process was simple enough but the end results were not what I expected. Directions were very well written and simple to understand. Loved the pictures and how the entire kit was set up. Great results!!This is the 2nd time I order and use this product. I'm a natural brunette and bleached my long locks :-( needless to say my hair was lifeless and crunchy to the touch. Getting back to my natural hair color has harder than expected. My hair was in such state that the first time I color it since bleaching it I thought it would fall off (used professional color). I saw the FB add for this product and decided to give it a try. I received my package and with hesitation I colored my hair. I was ready for the worse, feeling my hair like gummy strings...I was surprised when that didn't happen! This is so gentle!!! I cannot imagine using anything else. The color lasts and it's gentle. TerribleThey decided to send different color than I ordered.... then, putting color on, smell was worst I've ever experienced.
