Pleasantly surprised!I was hesitant to use this product. My hair 'pulls red' when I get lowlights at a salon. I sometimes get a hint of a dark green hue when using an ash color (to get away from the red) at home. It is a little darker than expected but looks better than the color I had! The package had clear instructions, was beautifully packaged, and had all sorts of unexpected goodies inside. The tip about washing the color through to the roots for the last minute before rinsing out the color made all the difference. UnbelievableMy hair color is auburn, so as I have grayed it has been very difficult to get the correct shade. When I was in a cosmopolitan area and paid a couple of hundred dollars per visit I could have what I wanted, but with moving and reduced finances no way. It took one adjustment and eSalon nailed the color, shade and tone. The color lasts better than when I had expensive services, let alone the do it yourself stuff you buy. AMAZINGThese products are awesome!! I love the rich beautiful color of my hair. The colorist sent me an email saying that she had chosen a lighter color for me because she thought th color I chose was too dark, well she was absolutely right.
