First time doing semi permanent at homeGreat color match. this will help me stretch out time between salon visits and give me a bit more independent to do root touch ups on my own and on a schedule that works for me. love the depth of the colorI've used store bought hair dye for yrs. I am so glad I switched to eSalon. The color is so rich and seems to last longer. after 9 months of using this color, I am so happy with itIt gives me a great color and my hair is in great condition too. This color lasts and is easy to use. I love that it comes automatically when I need it. One less thing I need to remember to get. I have gotten many compliments. Personal colorI am absolutely amazed at the hair color I received. I've had problems keeping the red in my hair without fading. It didn't matter if it was a professional stylist or box color, my color would fade. I have been told for years that red is the hardest color to perfect and so I believed it to be that case....until now. The staff you have is amazing! My hair color has not faded and I do befor believe it's been longer than a months time since I've colored it. Thank you for having such knowledgeable staff...I most definitely will continue to get the fabulous color from ESalon! Great ColorI really liked the color and eSalon gave me a second bottle of color for highlights. The directions were easy to follow. They also gave me a conditioner/masque which was good, but I used too much and it took several washings to remove the excess. My bad. ESalon's color is more vibrant than my previous, Age Beautiful, but the texture is more dried out. I'm trying to decide whether to keep using eSalon for the color or go back to my previous product for the texture. I live in FL and play water volleyball about 8 hrs a week. It's a two person job / go to a professionalI ordered a color slightly redder than what I was originally and I ended up with red roots and dark brown lengths it was a mess and it being a holiday weekend I had to go buy another color to cover it. I guess if you have someone to help you "paint" your roots it may work better. But I have shoulder length hair and a lot of it so doing just my roots and seeing that the back was properly covered was impossible. And I did follow the directions exactly and I did contact them about the horrible turnout they responded within a day, but it being a weekend I had places to be and couldn't wait for their reponse and then them telling me they'd needed pictures I am assuming so they could send me a fix for the issue, like I said I wasn't going to walk around looking like a skunk so a trip to Rite Aid was all I could do to fix it. I am extremely disappointed as I've seen so many youtubers rave about this product but then again they are sponsored, and if they'd had a similar issue to mine they could have had it fixed even professionally and gone on with their video saying how amazing it is. I guess there is a reason none of them stick with it and all the ones I've watched go back to the professionals after one use. It's also very messy. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
