Consitent Long Lasting Red ColorI have worn my hair red for several years. When I used to go to the salon, even though she would write down the color she used it was never the same color twice. Since I have had my color mixed by eSalon I have had consistent color. The first time I ordered they contacted me and I sent them a picture of the color I wanted to obtain. They were spot on. When I wanted t o go redder I told them to intensify by two shades and they did. My only complain would be the price of the glosser I get. They gave it to me for free and got me hooked, but it costs $10.00 per application (in addition to the color). Love the convenienceMy custom color looks very natural. Until the grey starts to show at the roots most people don't know it's not my real color. My only disappointment is that the color fades quickly. Red doesn't have very good staying power. Love the colorI love the color that was custom made for me. I took a star off because second week after application, the red on my hair turns slightly lighter to a lighter brown.
