Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. Résultat catastrophique !Très déçue par cette coloration – résultat catastrophique Je suis extrêmement déçue par ce produit. J’ai suivi les instructions et utilisé la coloration comme indiqué, mais le résultat est très loin de ce qui était attendu. La couleur obtenue sur les racines est très irrégulière et le résultat est particulièrement mauvais sur les cheveux blancs. La différence de couleur est très visible et mes cheveux ont maintenant un aspect beaucoup plus gris et terne. Pour un produit présenté comme professionnel, je trouve le résultat totalement inacceptable. J’ai pourtant respecté les recommandations d’utilisation. Je déconseille fortement ce produit, surtout si vous avez des cheveux blancs et que vous recherchez une couleur uniforme et naturelle. Très mauvaise expérience. Did not cover greys! Left for 40minutes!!!I’m really sad to say I’ve not had the best experience with your formulas first one turned my hair black and washed out in a week.
