Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. I’d rate this no stars if I couldI’m not a big fan of reviewing colouring products negatively - it’s so subjective after all, and so I would never write a review criticising the actual colour itself. When I placed the order, the colourist did advise a different colour and I chose to go ahead - I want to disclose this even though it’s not relevant; my complaint is about the quality of the product, not the colour. I was sent a free second bottle which was not the correct colour (it had the dark blonde missing, just the copper which would have not led to what I’d asked for) and it’s true they did replace this quickly although with the original order I paid for express delivery and it took about 10 days to come. My complaint is that the product has really damaged my hair. I’ve used lots of colours in the past - professional and boxed - and nothing has damaged my hair like this has. They could argue that my hair has been treated a lot and so this is the issue but I’ve coloured my hair both before and after with other products and none of those caused this kind of damage. I’ve cancelled my subscription and would not recommend. If this was a cheap box dye, I might just think that’s the nature of the thing, but this company claims to offer a salon like service and quality and charges accordingly. Exploding dye that didn’t even workI just dyed my roots, which is 1.5 hours I will never get back and guess what? My gray hair is still there, and my roots are a reddish hue (my color is dark brown). Non-delivery and purported switch from expedited UPS to USPSYou have missed getting me my custom color which was to ship on October 24, instead of October 28. Now the tracking number shows nothing for the UPS delivery. UPS says that you - the shipper -directed that the package be switched to the USPS. The USPS says that the tracking number from UPS is invalid. I will now miss my hair appointment. Apparently I need another number that only the shipper - you -- have.
