Not covering my graysUsually, I don’t give low reviews, but after following the directions very very carefully and even keeping the hair dye in my hair for a bit longer for those stubborn grays, I came out of the shower and noticed that my grays are still very visible. This is the second, actually maybe third, time I’ve been using the dye and the last time I thought maybe I’m not doing something correctly. Stubborn rootsAlthough the change a a bit darker color did help a bit, the top of my head and sides still don't want to take as well where my roots are whiter. eSalon hair color is horrible!It did not cover my grays around my face and left brassy tones in my color! Sent an email to cancel my subscription as i can't find anywhere on the website to do so!! requested my complete refund as it is 100% guaranteed. Not what I thoughtI explained that I had highlights and low lights and asked if I could put this system over my hair. They said yes. When it arrived, my instructions stated that only to do the roots! Not to let it get on any of my previously died HAIR. I feel this was not clear at all. And now I can’t find any way to return this.
