Colour disaster!I requested a vivid red colour and now have very BROWN hair. I have coloured my hair red for over 20 years and have never been so disappointed in a product. Custom colour????? Just okThe color that was put together is what I expected from the feedback I was given despite trying to communicate that I would need a bit more. Perfect results - ALWAYSI have been using this service for several years now and have been 100% satisfied with every color application. Even my stylist is impressed with how healthy my hair is and the quality of the color. They want to know what brand eSalon uses :-) Shipping is perfect, the site is easy to use and any time I have wanted an adjustment it has been smooth sailing. The communication is outstanding.
