feels and smells great!Love the way the product is packaged, and easy to mix (used the bowl) and easy to apply (used the brush). What is the point to send a picture!I had tried esalon few months ago and was not that satisfied so I had stopped then I gave another try this month. Let me tell you I will not order again. I sent a new picture that clearly showed my dark roots. I asked for a medium brown ash and the color turned out light brown with red. I specifically said I wanted to match my root color and did not want any red. Well it did not happen. Will not order again.
