RefreshedI like this colour much better than the first. Thank you for sending me the second bottle to refresh the ends of my hair. In general I am pleased with the results although the roots are rather orange compared to the rest of the hair, when I pull my hair back the roots are very bright and look rather artificial. The ends look much healthier but are beginning to fade again after a few washes and my temples are already showing white! I really wanted to like this productMy color came out darker than i wanted, it doesn't cover up my previous color and it made it look like 2 different colors(i wanted ash but overall it still looks red). However their customer service is quite impressive, i contacted them and they said they could sent me a demi darker shade to cover up my red tones. I really like the whole idea of these and i really wanted to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. Plus i feel like there is still a lot of residue on my scalp after several washes(i even scrub and massage it and wash it twice), but somehow there are still those brown residue on my scalp(it made my scalp itchy throughout the day and when i scratch it i can see brown stuff coming out*i'm sorry if it's gross). It's quite disappointing that i can only chose from the medium brown to dark brown range of color, i really wanted to chose from one of the light brown. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. NEW USER: A Good Experience :)I tried eSalon as I am showing more gray now than when younger, but I don't want to go 'au naturale' just yet! I am very happy with the overall finished color! It came out even and covered grays very well. As I have quite long hair I was worried there may not be enough in the bottle to cover my thick hair, but I had plenty and even some leftover (not that you can re-use the mix!). I was afraid the color for roots would be too dark and although it is OK, I may ask about an adjustment of this color as it will be the primary color sent out for the roots. Application was pretty standard, although as a first time all-over color it was obviously a more lengthy process and done in 2 parts: - application to roots - wait - application of 2nd color to rest of hair - wait - then add a little water with remainder of 2nd color, suds and massage in.....then rinse-shampoo-condition I bought the hair-dye application pack with my order and it was a HUGE help in doing my dying :) I used all the conditioner packet to totally cover all my hair, but despite this my hair was still a little stiff feeling and 'dry' after I was done. It was also quite difficult to comb out and my hair was rather tangled. But - I do have a LOT of hair! This is my only real complaint.....my hair felt drier once I had finished. However, I did use an eSalon leave in conditioner after and this was great!! Overall, apart from a possible color adjustment for the roots, I am happy with how my hair has come out.
