TerribleThis was my second order, first one was totally fine, covered my grays perfectly, no issues, this order was horrendous. Little to no grey coverage, the color looks atrocious, I’m just counting down the days til I can go get this color corrected I have no idea what happened between first and second order but this quality on the second order is so bad. Darkened my hairI asked to maintain my copper colour. I received the kit and trusted esalon in the choice as I show on an image what colour I had and which I wanted. It made my hair brown while it has a intense orangy golden copper. Didn’t cover greyColour was nice and I like how you can really refine it but when I first tried it but it didn’t cover my greys. Did it again a couple of weeks later in case it was my fault, spending more effort and time on the grey areas - same outcome. My grey stripes didn’t hold any colour at all.
