Much better than box dye!I can't commend the customer service enough, You work with the eSalon team by describing your needs and current hair condition, via email and sending pictures to your own consultant, it's almost the same as going to a professional just without the trip to the salon or the sad bank balance. They gave me very detailed instructions on how to use the product to get the best results - the colour was a little darker than expected the first time but they were happy to amend the next order (it takes time to build a mutual understanding with a salon stylist too). Application was very easy, colour remained fresh and bright even though I was using a harsh shampoo to fade the dark to replace with a lighter dye the following order!
