Absolutely love my color!!I am so thankful I found eSalon. The process is so easy, but in depth. They mix the perfect color for you. They take your natural color, your current color, and your desired color, then look at a picture of you and mix the most amazing blend to bring out the most beautiful you. I have been looking for the perfect at home color for me and have now found it. My hair is healthy, and radiant, and I am amazed with the results. I feel as if I've paid a lot of money at a salon. Loved it!I was hesitant at first. I tried so many products I thought it was just that "another product". I loved it. I have stubborn grays at the root level and tried all the over the counter products, but this product really covered my grays and it lasted more than two weeks. The price is reasonable as well. Love it!One week update: my hair still feels great, even wet before conditioner. My friends thought I had gone back to the salon for a touch up. I did request a slight adjustment to the color, only because I wanted to make a change. The color mixed for me matched exactly with the salon color I had been getting. My colorist here is a genius! My hair is incredibly soft. The color is a little darker than I expected, but I'll wait and see if it fades out a bit. I may request a revision to the color mix since I would like more red, less brown, but the color looks good. I don't know why people said they had trouble rinsing the color out, because mine rinsed out quickly with no problems. I used their pro tip of using the leftover dye at the end, massaging in before rinsing, and it all rinsed right out. No leftover residue in my towel, either, which I've had even after salon color! I'll check back in a couple of weeks to report on my root grow out. My last two, very expensive salon colors have had very rapid grey line showing at my roots, which disappointed since I got longer color from drugstore dye in the past. Wouldn't sell me the right colorAfter a few months of using esalon, I had to have my hair stripped due to ashy residue from the color. I requested a change; they never responded. I kept using the color I had on hand, had my hair professionally lightened again, and a LICENSED stylist helped me select the correct color. Esalon REFUSED to sell me the requested color. Tried it outThe color match was great. The process/ instructions were good, no problem doing it exactly as directed. However, the end result was disappointing - none of the shine and good feeling of my hair color experience when it is done in a salon.
