First time was wonderful, first root touch-up not so much...First time I used the root touch-up product. Loved the initial app, but this first touch-up is not "sticking" as well, and doesn't have a the same shine - flatter and duller in appearance. Not a conditioning hair colorI do not like the fact that I washed my hair twice and applied the conditioner provided. It still stained my towel, and that was towel #2 that had hair color stains on. Additionally, it was very drying and I did not like the quality of my hair post color. Better than expected!I was very skeptical but couldn't resist the cheap intro offer. I have hard-to-color red hair with grays and thought the results were pleasing, and more importantly, my husband thought so too. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
