UnhappyHad some real issues with Color/Shade on my first order, but the real issue is I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I guess I cancelled my membership . Very RED :(I wrote in my notes that I wanted to get rid of the copper tones, I understand that this is easier said than done but instead of the dark violet shade I ordered, my hair (especially my roots) is bright red :'( Gave 2 stars as lots of product included & cute extras. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
