Too dark for meI like the idea and the products in general but I couldn't get the lighter blonde I wanted to blend my roots and soften my highlights. I ended up with a medium dark blonde for my roots which they recommended. Now I have 2 different colors of hair top and bottom and need the salon to fix it anyway. Perfect!!!Wow! Such an awesome product and service. Could this be any easier? I placed my order, had quick communication about some questions the colorist had, and before I knew it, my coloring kit was delivered. The instructions were very complete, and easy to follow. I couldn't be happier with the results. The color was exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. It covered the greys flawlessly. I admit I was worried about having dried out damaged hair, as I have had in the past after coloring at home. Not the case at all this time. I did purchase the recommended shampoo and conditioner. Third time is the charmIt took three times to perfect it, but they got it. I absolutely LOVE my hair color. It is just perfect!! Very easy to use as well.
