Not worth itI was really excited to receive my colour and was looking to achieve a light ash blonde root. The colour was not what i requested and made my hair even more golden. I would have saved money by getting a box dye from the shop as this was the same result. Loved the color, not the fade!I chose a color and the stylist adjusted the color, so I went with their suggestion. I actually LOVED the color after I immediately colored my hair. I ordered one color and the result was anotherMy order was about blue tone and when I used it my hair turn on some clear brown or chestnut. Way different than expectedMy hair came out WAY too dark. It seems nearly black. My natural color is light brown to dark blonde. I was sent a shade of dark brown. This was definitely not what I was expecting when I normally dye it a light copper mahogany. Now I need to figure out how to fix it. I was looking more for a light shade of copper red blonde. Does not workam not pleased with the color and would like to cancel my entire subscription/membership. I notified someone last week about returning the kit because the color did not change. PoorVery unhappy with every aspect of this product and company. Buyer beware. It make take you two weeks to receive this subpar hair color. ( If at all). I was given a "credit" for a shipment that never arrived and then OOPS! They forgot to add the credit.
